📦 Nature of Our Products

All products sold on FastWardrobe.com are digital downloads (PDF guides, planning tools, and wardrobe optimization resources). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, our policy is specifically designed to reflect the nature of these products.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product

  • Delivery occurs immediately upon payment confirmation

  • The product is accessible and downloadable from the moment of purchase


🔄 Refund Eligibility

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we believe in fairness and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate purchase)

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or downloading your file, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours

  • The product you received was significantly different from what was described on the product page

  • You contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and have not yet downloaded the file

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The digital file has already been downloaded or accessed

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the product

  • You claim the product "didn't work for you" without providing specific feedback or giving us the opportunity to assist you

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date

  • You purchased the product during a sale or promotional period (all discounted sales are final)

  2. Order number (found in your confirmation email)

  3. Email address used at checkout

  4. A brief description of the issue or reason for your request

  5. Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


💳 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued


⚠️ Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are always willing to work with you to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of access to your FastWardrobe account

  • Being blocked from future purchases

  • Potential reporting to fraud prevention services


🔁 Order Errors & Re-Downloads

If you accidentally lose access to your download or cannot locate your file:

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the order confirmation email

  • Log into your FastWardrobe account to re-access your purchased files

  • Contact us at support@fastwardrobe.com and we will resend the download link at no charge


📜 EU Consumer Rights Notice

For customers located in the European Union: under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, unless the download has already begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you waive your right of withdrawal.

By completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content

  • You acknowledge and waive your right of withdrawal once the download is initiated

This is fully compliant with the Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and applicable EU consumer protection law.
